What you'll gain by working together
Here's what life can look like on the other side of coaching:
âYou wake up without dread
âYou handle appointments and waiting periods with less fear.
âYou have a trusted plan for emotional resilience, not just checklist items.Â
âYou stop placing the full emotional weight of IVF on your relationship and regain emotional steadiness and self-trust.
âYou rediscover a sense of identity beyond IVF
âYou replace harsh self-talk with grounded, supportive thinking you can apply to IVF and every challenge that comes after.
How the coaching works
Most clients work with me through a structured high-touch 6 month program that includes:
đš3 personalized coaching sessions a month
đštailored mindset and emotional support tools
đšactionable strategies for anxiety, triggers and overwhelm
đšrelationship navigation and stress management
đšongoing accountability and crisis support
Â
Each session is calibrated to where you are in your fertility journey and we adapt the roadmap as your life changes.
It is designed to help you calm the negative spiral once and for all and help you thrive through infertility, IVF and beyond!
Meet Your Guide - Kristin Dillensnyder
You donât need another person telling you to âstay positive.â
You need someone who understands the emotional weight of IVF and knows how to help you carry it differently.
Iâm Kristin Dillensnyder, an IVF mom, certified life coach, and infertility mindset coach who has spent the last six years supporting women through the emotional rollercoaster of fertility treatment.
I founded Empowered Infertility after my own IVF journey, not because IVF âworked perfectly,â but because I saw firsthand how little emotional support exists for women going through it. Especially high-functioning, capable women who arenât used to feeling undone.
My work is not about fixing you.
Itâs about helping you regulate your emotions, rebuild belief, and lead yourself through uncertainty with steadiness and self-trust.
I donât give medical advice.
I donât promise outcomes I canât control.
What I do offer is structured, compassionate support that helps you feel less overwhelmed, less alone, and more capable, no matter what stage of IVF youâre in.
This is coaching for women who donât want to âjust get throughâ IVF, they want to move through it with strength, clarity, and dignity.
Your Next Step (no pressure, just clarity)
You donât have to decide today.
Letâs talk on a no-pressure complimentary discovery call where we:
â Clarify where you are now
â Map out what support would look like
â Decide together if this is the right fit
I already have a supportive partner and great doctors, do I really need coaching?
Is this just talking about my feelings?
What if IVF doesnât work for me?
Iâm usually strong and capable...why am I struggling so much?
What if Iâm too overwhelmed to add one more thing?
How long do clients usually work with you?
You are not alone.
I am your big sister who has lived the heartache of infertility and survived…and that pain wasn’t for nothing. My mission is to inspire, to care, to support, and to be there when you feel like no one gets it. Because I get it.
