Enrolling in Empowered IVF means you’ve decided not to carry the emotional weight of this journey alone. During the program's 12 weeks, you’ll gain practical tools, steady guidance, and a community that understands what this season asks of you.

This program was built from years of coaching women through the real challenges of IVF: the triggers, the spirals, the waiting, the relationship strain, and the belief work. I’m honored to walk alongside you and teach you the best way to handle these parts of the IVF rollercoaster.

To move forward, please review the program details and agreements to the right and confirm your understanding. These simply ensure we both know what to expect and help protect the integrity of the experience for everyone in the group.

1. Coaching Relationship & Communication: I understand that Empowered IVF is a coaching program built on open, honest, and respectful communication. I agree to participate fully, communicate clearly, and seek clarification if something feels unclear or misaligned so that our work together remains supportive and productive.

2. Coaching Is Not Medical or Therapeutic Care: I understand that coaching supports emotional resilience, mindset development, and personal growth. It is not therapy, medical treatment, mental health care, or medical advice. I agree that all medical decisions will be made in consultation with my medical team, and I will defer to my physician for treatment-related guidance.

3. Confidentiality & Safe Group Space: I understand that this program is a confidential space. Kristin agrees to maintain confidentiality within the limits of the law. As a participant, I also agree to respect the privacy of others in the group. I will not share personal information, stories, or identifying details shared by other members outside of the program. This commitment protects the emotional safety of everyone involved.

4. Payment & Non-Cancellation Policy: I understand that my enrollment secures my place in a limited-capacity group. All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If I choose a payment plan, I agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of attendance or participation.

5. Limitation of Liability: I agree that KD Coaching LLC, dba Empowered Infertility shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any event, total liability shall not exceed the total amount I have paid to Empowered Infertility under this agreement.
