I know there is nothing I can say to change the news or to make you feel better. But I'd like to make sure you know this:

• You are not alone.
• You did not fail. Your body did not fail.
• Infertility sucks sometimes. This is one of those moments.
• It’s okay to be sad and disappointed. It’s also okay to be afraid it might never work.
• You will be okay.
